Yes! All paid subscribers (Basic / Pro / Premium) can create their own referral code in the Referral page. Free users can upgrade to any paid plan to unlock it.
No. Minutes are only deducted after successful transcription. If processing fails midway, you won't be charged. For any billing concerns, contact support@heysubtitle.com.
AI transcription accuracy is affected by background noise, speaking speed, accents, and overlapping speakers. We recommend recording in a quiet environment with clear audio. Translation quality depends on the accuracy of the original subtitles and language complexity. You can manually correct any results in the online editor.
Technically yes, as long as the video is public and embeddable. However, please be mindful of copyright and ensure you have proper rights before processing subtitles.
Each plan has a different storage limit. Videos are compressed after upload but still take up space. You can check your current usage on the Usage page, delete old videos to free up space, or upgrade to a higher plan for more storage.
