Frequently Asked Questions
Minutes are based on actual audio duration. For example, a 5 minute 30 second video uses 5.5 minutes. Transcription and translation are counted separately.
When your monthly quota is used up, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more minutes, or wait for the next month's reset. Free plan users need to upgrade to continue.
You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. After cancellation, your service continues until the end of the current billing period, then automatically downgrades to the free plan.
Monthly subscription minutes do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing period.
We process payments through Stripe, supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Translation limits depend on your plan: Free 3, Basic 5, Pro 7, Premium 10 (including original language). Used quota is not restored by deleting. Upgrade for more languages.
